Ingredients

1 teaspoon of hemp flour

1 teaspoon of almond flour

1 teaspoon of psyllium

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 egg at room temperature

1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

Put the dry ingredients in a cup and mix well. In particular, ensure that the baking powder is no longer visible. It helps if you put the baking powder through a (tea) strainer.

Now add the egg and the butter. The egg must be at room temperature. If it is not, then place it for about 10 minutes in a bowl with hot tap water.

Stir well and let it stand for a while. You will see that there are some bubbles in the batter.

Now put the cup in the microwave for 1 minute on the highest setting. When you take the cup out, make sure the top of the batter to be dry. If it is still wet, then put it in the microwave for a little longer. (If you put several cups in the microwave at the same time, you may have to extend the time slightly depending on your type of microwave).

Once the top is dry, remove the cup from the microwave and turn it on a cutting board. Decide now if you want thick rolls or something thinner. So cut into 2 or 3 or 4 slices. Keep in mind that these slices must fit in your toaster.

Now toast the bread slices in your toaster until they are firm but not hard.

Your bread is now ready. You can use it immediately or use it for your breakfast or lunch the next day. Spread the butter on it well so that you will get enough fats.
